The first consultation involves a thorough case taking alongside a dietary and lifestyle analysis.The goals you’d like to achieve will be discussed and tests may then be requested or completed to help understand your current state of health. This information will then be used to analyse your case and begin to develop a treatment plan which may include, nutritional supplementation and dietary & lifestyle changes.
